Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I'm a Métis author and web content strategist who lives in Regina, Saskatchewan.

My debut book, Great Women from our First Nations(Canadian version), was a 2008 Saskatchewan First Book Award finalist and was featured in the Canadian Children's Book Centre's Best Books for Kids and Teens 2008 guide. My U.S. debut, Native Women of Courage, was a 2007 ForeWord magazine Book of the Year Award finalist in the young-adult, non-fiction category.

What I Do

I offer young readers examples of inspirational aboriginal people. Through my featured profiles of native role models, I promote the themes of personal responsibility, compassion and dedication.
